These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Tickets W2 platform and services.
By accessing or using the platform, including purchasing tickets or vouchers, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
“Tickets W2” refers to Tickets W2, operated by Integrated Business International, registered in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
“Platform” refers to the Tickets W2 website, mobile applications, and related services.
“Customer” refers to any individual or entity using the Platform.
“Promoter” refers to any organizer, merchant, or service provider offering Events, Tickets, or Vouchers through the Platform.
“Event” refers to any activity, experience, or service listed on the Platform.
“Ticket” refers to any digital or physical pass granting access to an Event.
“Voucher” refers to any prepaid digital or physical certificate, code, or offer purchased via the Platform that can be redeemed for goods, services, or experiences provided by a Promoter, subject to their own terms and conditions.
2. Our Role
Tickets W2 acts as an intermediary platform connecting Customers with Promoters.
Tickets W2 does not organize, manage, or control Events or services and is not responsible for their delivery, quality, or safety.
3. Ticket & Voucher Purchase Policy
General
- All purchases made on the Platform are final, except as outlined in the Refund Policy.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing all details before completing a purchase.
- Tickets W2 is not responsible for purchases made through unauthorized third parties.
Tickets
- Tickets are issued electronically or physically and may include QR codes or unique identifiers.
- Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain or above face value.
- Customers must ensure they attend the correct Event, date, and time.
- Lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
Vouchers
- Vouchers are provided by third-party Promoters or service providers.
- By purchasing a Voucher, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the Voucher provider.
- All bookings, reservations, modifications, or cancellations related to a Voucher must be made directly with the provider, unless otherwise stated.
Tickets W2 is not responsible for:
- Availability of bookings
- Changes made by the provider
- Quality or delivery of services
- Expiry or redemption conditions
- Customers must review all Voucher details, including validity period and redemption instructions, before purchase.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by law or explicitly stated.
4. Payment
- Payments are processed securely via Thawani.
- By making a payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
- Tickets W2 does not store sensitive payment details.
- Fraudulent transactions may result in cancellation without refund.
5. Ticket Usage & Event Entry
- Entry to Events is subject to the Promoter’s and venue’s rules.
- Customers must comply with age restrictions, dress codes, and conduct policies.
- Valid identification may be required.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees without refund.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds may only be issued if:
- An Event is cancelled
- An Event is significantly changed or postponed
- The Event cannot be delivered as advertised
In such cases:
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
- Fees may be non-refundable
No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of personal plans
- Late arrival or non-attendance
- Dissatisfaction with the Event
7. Event Changes
Promoters may modify Event details. Minor changes do not qualify for refunds.
8. Liability
- Tickets W2 is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or issues arising from Events or Voucher usage.
- Attendance and participation are at the Customer’s own risk.
- Liability is limited to the value of the purchase.
9. User Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the Platform lawfully
- Not engage in fraud or misuse
10. Privacy
Personal data is collected to process transactions and improve services.
Data is handled securely in accordance with applicable laws in the Sultanate of Oman.
11. Intellectual Property
All Platform content is owned by Tickets W2 or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
12. Force Majeure
Tickets W2 is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
13. Changes to Terms
Tickets W2 may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Muscat.
